PRICING OF TEMPLATE-BASED WEBSITES
Flat fee for websites generated from templates is US$300. This includes: logo + image + slogan upload for home page banner, up to 5 pages of content, and up to 3 additional images. For up to 25 images, add $50 to total price. Up to 50 images, add another $50, and so on. Customers pay for their websites in 2 installments, half of the total amount up front, half upon delivery of final product. Please review our refund / cancellation policy.
Domain Name / ISP Host
You will need a domain name (i.e. www.YourDomainName.com), and an Internet Service Provider (ISP) to host your website.The base price excludes domain name setup or ISP monthly hosting fees. For those clients needing assistance in obtaining a domain name and an ISP host, Mowe Media can do this for $50. This price excludes the monthly fees charged by ISP.
Header Graphics
In order to ensure a certain level of uniqueness to our clients' websites, all banner foreground graphics (such as people, flowers, boats) must be replaced. Clients can either supply their own graphic (included in base price), or select one provided by Mowe Media/Drop Design for $50 (this feature will be available online soon.) Client will be able to request one round of revisions to the composition design.
Logo
Logos can be designed by Mowe Media / Drop Design for an additional US$150. Client will be able to request one round of revisions to the composition design.
Contact Form
The base price includes display of static contact information (such as address and "mailto:" email link). Clients can select to have an online Contact Form (automatically sends form input via email to client & auto-response email to customer) added to their site for a one-time setup fee of $25, and an additional $5/mo added to the monthly maintenance fees (i.e., $30/month total). In order to avoid complicated server-side scripts, Mowe Media currently uses the services of Response-O-Matic to generate contact forms. This means that if the client were to discontinue their maintenance agreement with Mowe Media, their contact form will cease to function, and they will need to either go back to statically displayed contact information, or seek alternative contact forms.
Maintenance Plan
Template customers are to sign up for a minimum of 1 year maintenance at $25/month, which includes up to 2 hours/month of website maintenance. Hourly fee after that is $50. For customers with an online Contact Form, the total monthly fee will be $30.
Delivery Time
Turn-around time for each template-based website is 1-2 weeks.
PRICING OF CUSTOM WEBSITES
Prices of custom websites vary. Please contact us for more information.
Customers pay for their websites in 2 installments, half of the total amount up front, half upon delivery of final product. If customers cancel their order within 24 hours of submitting, they will receive a full refund. Once development has begun, the 1st installment will no longer be refundable. Once template-based websites are delivered and are 'live', they can no longer return the 'product'/get a refund. In case of custom-built websites, which may include functionalities such as shopping carts, or database-driven web pages, if the customer is not satisfied with the performance of these functionalities, they may receive a refund equal to price for this specific functionality, as quoted by Mowe Media prior to development. All customers are to sign up for a minimum of 1 year website maintenance at $25/mo. If they choose to terminate this contract early, they need to pay the remainder of the one year fees in a single payment.
