All users agree to this Service Agreement by submitting their order. Amendments to this agreement will be posted on this site.
1. Domain Setup
Mowe Media can assist in obtaining a domain name for its clients. This includes setting up email accounts up to the maximum number of accounts allowed by the ISP hosting the client’s web site. Fees for this service are US $25.
2. Website Design
Semi-custom Design:
a.Mowe Media will provide a gallery of non-exclusive website template designs from which the client may choose. Client’s logo, (business) name & slogan are integrated into the design banner.
b. Mowe Media will add up to 5 pages of personalized content and images, provided by Client, to Client's website.
c. Client website will be produced within 2 weeks after receipt of all personalized content.
Custom Design:
a. Mowe Media will produce a composition design
based on Client's design detail information.
b. Client will be able to request one round of revisions to the composition design.
c. Upon Client approval of the mockup design, the website will be produced within one or two weeks thereafter.
d. Mowe Media will be responsible for adding and formatting personalized content, provided by Client, into the website.
e. While each custom design produced will be different from another, Mowe Media reserves the right to adopt individual design structures for future designs.
3. Search Engine Optimization
Mowe Media will optimize Client's website for most major search engines.
4. Publicity
Client grants Mowe Media the right to place its business name, logo, and hyperlinks in the footer of Client's website.
5. Privacy Policy
Client information
provided to Mowe Media will be privately held in line with our Privacy Policy posted on Mowe Media's website: http://www.mowemedia.com/privacy_policy.html
6. Payment
With the submission of this Service Agreement, Client authorizes Mowe Media to collect all initial service fees due based on selected type of service, including first month's payment for the length of the contract period selected in the website application. Contract start date commences upon signed receipt of website application. If client chooses to terminate their contract early, Client is responsible to pay a one-time fee, totalling all outstanding monthly fees based on the length of their selected contract with Mowe Media.
7. Terms of Use
a. Client agrees to abide by Mowe Media's Terms of Use, as posted on Mowe Media website: http://www.mowemedia.com/terms_of_use.html

Mowe Media reserves the right to discontinue service due to, but not limited to: publishing private, illegal, defamatory, obscene, slanderous or inappropriate materials, fraud, copyright infringement, non-payment or services and abusive use of our website and email services.
8. Disclaimer
a. Any information
submitted to Mowe Media by mail, email, or entered through the administration system should be a backup or copy of the original.
b. Mowe Media may not be held responsible in any way or for any reason for damages suffered/revenues lost through the use of our services or loss of services regardless of cause (including/not limited to: hardware failure, network outage due to loss of internet, natural disaster, terrorism.)
